年底了,听到好几个搞安全的人员跳槽,甚至转行的,无外乎事多,钱少,难执行,压力大。 对于事多,钱少,难执行,压力大,我分析了一下原因:
1、安全工作涉及内容太多。
安全工作是一项系统性的工作,贯穿企业生产经营的整个过程,涉及到方方面面,内容太庞杂,不像财务,技术、人事、设备等只负责某一项具体的事务。可惜很多人,特别是企业负责人思维转变不过来,认为安全还只安全人员的事,有的甚至连个部门都没有,一两人挂到其他部门。
2、安全工作不能创造直接的经济效益。
安全工作不像其他工作,能为给企业创造直接的经济效益,而且还花钱,安全部门也不像其他部门那样对企业生产来说是不可或缺的,有没有有这个部门企企还是能运营下去,安全部门更像个“鸡肋部门”,食之无味,弃之可惜,这样能指望老板给高工资? 随着国家对安全的重视,人命越来越值钱,企业的安全压力会越来越大,以后会有改观,但短期内不会有什么改观。
