齿轮检验必备工艺要求

齿轮检验

1、检查外协齿轮检验所需的产品图纸、外协厂家自检记录、技术更改通知单、有关技术资料(若有不合格品质量审批单须附带)是否齐全,否则补齐后才可检验。

2、目测零件外观是否有划伤、磕碰、锈蚀、黑皮等缺陷,检查清洁度及倒角。

3、齿轮各部分光洁度尤其齿面应满足图纸要求,可用粗糙度仪或标准块检测。

4、检测零件各部分尺寸及形位公差是否满足图纸要求。

5、检查外协单位提供的主要件、关键件齿部检测报告:图号和相关参数是否与所测零件相符,结果是否满足图纸的各项精度要求,检查达到的精度等级。

6、在进行齿部检测前应先检验齿轮基准是否满足图纸技术要求。

7、公法线长度(或跨棒距)检测,应至少测量被测齿轮沿圆周均布的四个位置的公法线长度(或跨棒距),确定公法线(或跨棒距)长度变动量是否在公差允许范围内。

8、齿部测量应在邻近齿高的中部和(或)齿宽的中部进行(250mm以下齿宽建议测上下两个部位),如果齿宽大于250mm,则应增加两个齿廓测量部位,即在距齿宽每侧约15%的齿宽处测量。

9、用便携式硬度计着重对齿面硬度进行检测,同时检验零件其余各部的硬度是否符合技术要求。

10、非主要件、关键件未进行仪器检测的,检查人员应手工抽查径跳,齿距累计误差,基节偏差等重要参数。

11、齿轮粗加工后按图纸要求调质或正火处理,检验其晶粒≥6级,力学性能检验合格。

12、调质后超声波探伤,不允许有白点、内裂和残余缩孔。探伤按JB/T5000.15-1998 标准,齿部≤Ⅰ级,非齿区≤Ⅱ级。

13、齿轮粗开齿留余量后进行渗碳淬火,粗开齿应使用磨前滚刀,保证磨齿后齿面无磨削凸台。

14、渗碳淬火技术指标除按图纸要求的有效硬化层厚度和硬度指标外,还应满足显微组织要求(按JB/ZQ4309标准检测):表层马氏体、残余奥氏体1-3级;碳化物1-3级;心部组织1-3级;表面脱碳层深度不大于0.15mm。交货时提供同炉热处理仿型试棒及其金相照片,出具完整的热处理检测报告。

15、渗碳淬火后的齿轮应按图纸要求进行表面喷砂或喷丸处理。

16、保留滚齿、磨齿的基准标记。轴齿轮须保留经研磨的顶尖孔及校正基准,基准部位粗糙度Ra不大于1.6,顶尖孔大小须按GB/T145 选择。

盘状齿轮的基准端面须与安装基准一致,基准端面及径向校正基准粗糙度Ra不大于3.2。其中要求合套磨齿的齿轮,其基准为合套件上轴承安装轴颈或据此精确转移的基准。

17、齿轮精加工,磨齿后齿面进行磁粉探伤,并符合 JB/T5000.15-1998标准≤Ⅱ级要求。

21、圆柱齿轮装配后的齿轮接触区应满足图纸规定,无具体规定的应满足《GB/Z18620.42002 圆柱齿轮 检验实施规范 第4部分:表面结构和轮齿接触斑点的检验》的要求。

22、成品齿轮应装在木箱内并有相关保护措施,附有质量合格证、材质报告单、探伤报告、齿检仪齿检报告,接触区报告等相关记录。
