1.) Profile your VIP
--Those who give you feedback
--Personal life involved
--Styles- how their company works
--Everything you can remember or know about each customer people
--detail

2.) Now do that same thing with 5 more customers
Add to your knowledge the following:
--A list of PO with details
What-why-how you win case
--A list of quotations/details why you lost

3.)Practice Empathy (Sincerely)
--Emotion plays a bigger part in any purchase decision than any of us want to admit.
-- Take time to understand why customers are considering buying your product, how they feel about each point of the process(journey)

4.) Get personal
A professor of neuroscience use in southern California learned from his research the following:
Emotion is not just an improtant factor in the buying process. It is a necessary ingredient in almost every decision we make.
